ارزیابی تاثیر استفاده ازمحلول نانومس در ساخت تخته پنج لایه

چکیده

در این تحقیق اثر نانوذرات مس بر انتقال حرارت در سیکل پرس و خواص مکانیکی تخته پنج لایه با استفاده از دو گونه راش ایرانی و صنوبر دلتوئیدس و نانو ذرات مس در سطوح 0، 5، 10 و 15 درصد و زمان پرس 4، 5 و 6 دقیقه به عنوان عوامل متغیر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. مقایسه ی ویژگی های مکانیکی نمونه ها نشان داد که در زمان پرس 4 تا 5 دقیقه با افزایش همراه بوده اند اما در زمان پرس 6 دقیقه با کاهش مواجه شده اند. افزایش استفاده از محلول نانو ذرات مس تا 10 درصد موجب بهبود مدول گسیختگی و مدول الاستیسیته شده است که بدلیل افزایش سرعت انتقال حرارت در پروفیل ضخامتی تخته و گیرایی بهتر چسب میباشد. اما با افزایش نانو مواد تا 15 درصد خصوصیات مذکور کاهش نشان داده است. در بین نمونه ها تخته ساخته شده با چوب راش خصوصیات مکانیکی بالاتری نسبت به صنوبر داشت.
