بررسی عوامل مؤثر در ساخت کابینت آشپزخانه تولیدی با فرآورده‌های صفحه‌ای چوبی

چکیده

هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر، بررسی عوامل مؤثر در ساخت کابینت آشپزخانه تولیدی از فرآورده‌های صفحه‌ای (تخته فیبر دانسیته متوسط و تخته خرده چوب) از دید تولیدکنندگان این محصول است. برای این منظور پرسشنامه‌ای بر مبنای طیف لیکرت طراحی گردید و با مطالعه تحقیقات اسنادی و پیمایشی، همچنین بهره‌مندی از نظرات متخصصین دانشگاه و صنعت، پنج شاخص اصلی و 31 زیر شاخص در نظر گرفته شد. جهت تعیین میزان درجه اهمیت و رتبه بندی شاخص‌ها و زیرشاخص‌ها از آزمون فریدمن استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد از میان شاخص‌های اصلی، شاخص بازاریابی محصول بالاترین اولویت را در ساخت کابینت دارد. از طرف دیگر کم اهمیت‌ترین شاخص‌ها از دید تولیدکنندگان محصولات صفحه‌ای، شاخص‌های ویژگی فنی فرآورده‌های صفحه‌ای و همچنین محیط‌زیست می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج بررسی و رتبه بندی زیرشاخص‌ها با یکدیگر نشان داد زیرشاخص تعهد و تحویل به‌موقع محصول و استفاده از ماشین‌آلات پیشرفته و نیروی انسانی متخصص جهت افزایش کیفیت محصولات صفحه‌ای به‌ترتیب در اولویت اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند.
