تاثیر اختلاط نانوالیاف لیگنوسلولزی حاصل از الیاف کارتن‌ کنگره‌ای کهنه بر ویژگی‌های مقوای بازیافتی

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر استفاده از نانو الیاف سلولز جهت بهبود خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی کاغذ مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفته است. اما در این تحقیق، اثر کاربرد نانوالیاف لیگنوسلولزی تهیه شده از ماده اولیه بازیافتی کارتن-های کنگره‌ای کهنه با استفاده از روش مکانیکی سوپر آسیاب دیسکی بر برخی ویژگی‌های مقاومتی و پارامترهای فرآیندی تولید مقوا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تصاویر TEM تهیه شده از نانوالیاف نشان داد که ضخامت این نانوالیاف در محدوده 80-10 نانومتر بودند. سپس، مقادیر مختلف نانوالیاف لیگنوسلولزی به روش اختلاط به خمیرکاغذ اضافه شد. در نهایت، ارزیابی مقاومت به کشش مقوای تولیدی نشان داد که افزودن نانوالیاف لیگنوسلولزی به مقدار 5 درصد باعث بیش از 50 درصد افزایش شاخص مقاومت به کشش در مقوای تولیدی گردید. اگرچه افزودن اختلاطی مقادیر زیاد نانوالیاف منجر به کاهش شاخص مقاومت به خمش (سفتی خمشی)، شاخص مقاومت به پاره شدن و به‌ ویژه درجه روانی خمیرکاغذ گردید.
