تأثیر شرایط محیطی مختلف (دما و رطوبت) بر رفتار تخریبی قارچ عامل پوسیدگی سفید رنگین‌کمان روی چوب بلند‌مازو

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین شدت تخریب قارچ عامل پوسیدگی سفید رنگین‌‌کمان روی چوب بلند‌مازو در دما و رطوبت‌‌های مختلف بود. قارچ مورد نظر از جنگل جمع‌‌آوری و پس از خالص‌سازی با استفاده از تکنیک PCR خالص بودن آن در بانک جهانی NCBI تایید گردید. سپس، نمونه‌هایی از چوب بلند‌مازو بریده شده و به مدت 8 هفته برای تعیین کاهش وزن در شرایط دمایی 10، 20 و 30 درجه‌‌ی سانتی‌گراد و رطوبت‌‌های 45، 65 و 85 درصد در معرض قارچ‌ مذکور قرار گرفتند. الگوی تخریب چوب نیز در هر حالت دمایی/رطوبتی به طور میکروسکوپی ارزیابی و کاهش جرم نمونه‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تغییر رطوبت در مقایسه با دما تاثیر بیشتری بر شدت فعالیت تخریبی قارچ داشته است. بهینه‌‌ترین محیط برای فعالیت قارچ، دمای 20 درجه سانتی‌گراد و رطوبت 65% بود. از سوی دیگر بررسی‌‌های میکروسکوپی نشان داد که قارچ رنگین‌کمان در تمامی شرایط معرض‌گذاری، الگوی تخریب پوسیدگی همزمان را تولید می‌نماید. از این رو، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت تغییر استراتژی تخریبی این قارچ از پوسیدگی همزمان به انتخابی که پیش از این در برخی پژوهش‌‌ها گزارش شده بود به عواملی غیر از دما و رطوبت محیط وابسته است
