تاثیر اندازة ذرات کاه‌گندم بر ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و جذب آب چندسازه کاه‌گندم/پلی‌اتیلن سبک با کاربرد در بسته‌بندی

چکیده

چندسازه‌های طبیعی با قابلیت زیست‌تخریب‌پذیری، ممکن است جایگزین مناسبی برای پلاستیک‌های متداول باشند. از این-رو، با هدف کاهش سهم مواد پلاستیکی در صنعت بسته‌بندی، چندسازه طبیعی حاوی کاه‌‌گندم به عنوان یک ماده تجدید‌پذیر با سه اندازة مش 140،100،40 و پلی‌اتیلن با چگالی کم (سبک) به عنوان یکی از پرکاربردترین پلیمرهای ساختگی در صنعت بسته‌بندی تهیه شد و تاثیر اندازة ذرات کاه‌گندم بر ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و جذب آب چندسازه حاصل بررسی گردید. مالئیک انیدرید پیوندخورده با پلی‌اتیلن نیز به عنوان سازگارکننده به کار رفت. برای چگونگی توزیع ذرات و تعیین نسبت ظاهری (L/D) آن‌ها از میکروسکوپ نوری، به‌منظور ارزیابی ویژگی‌های مکانیکی نمونه‌ها از آزمون‌های کشش و خمش؛ و برای بررسی ساختار نمونه‌ها از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) استفاده گردید. میزان جذب آب نمونه‌ها نیز از طریق اختلاف وزن محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که اندازة ذرات و مقدار L/D بر مقاومت کششی و جذب آب چندسازه تاثیر معنی‌داری دارد اما تاثیر آن بر مقاومت خمشی معنی‌دار نیست. نتیجه‌گیری کلی بیانگر آن است که با افزایش اندازه ذرات فاز پرکننده (کاه گندم)، می‌توان چندسازه‌ای با مقاومت کششی بهتر و جذب آب کمتر در مقایسه با اندازة ذرات کوچک‌تر تهیه کرد.
