نقش دانه بندی آرد سویا و اسیدیته در چسبندگی چسب سویا

چکیده

در این پژوهش نقش دانه‌بندی آرد سویا و اسیدیته چسب حاصل از آرد سویا بر چسبندگی چسب حاصل از آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور ذرات آرد سویا در سه سطح با اندازه‌های مش 60، 100 و 140 الک شدند. برای دست‌یابی به اسیدیته‌های گوناگون چسب سویا از هیدروکسید سدیم و اسید سولفوریک استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان دادند که دانه بندی ذرات آرد سویا بر مقاومت برشی تخته لایه موثر است. با کوچک‌تر شدن اندازه ذرات آرد سویا، مقاومت برشی نیز افزایش یافت. به نحوی که تخته لایه‌های ساخته شده با چسب سویا با ذرات آرد اندازه مش 140 نسبت به نمونه های دیگر از مقاومت برشی بالاتری برخوردار بودند. همچنین افزایش اسیدیته چسب آرد سویا با هیدروکسید سدیم سبب افزایش مقاومت برشی تخته لایه ها گردید. تخته لایه های ساخته شده با چسب سویا در مقایسه با تخته های ساخته شده با چسب اوره فرم‌آلدهید، از مقاومت برشی کمتری برخوردار بودند؛ ولی در مقایسه با استاندارد 314-EN مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.
