تاثیر الیاف بلند کاتیونی شده بهعنوان افزودنی بر خواص مقاومتی خمیرکاغذ شیمیایی- مکانیکی

چکیده

کاربرد افزودنیهای شیمیایی یکی از راهکارهای موثر به منظور افزایش خواص مقاومتی محصول در صنایع کاغذسازی است.
تحقیقات نشان می دهند که کارآیی این مواد بستگی به میزان تزریق و مصرف آنها داشته و کاربرد آنها با نارسایی های
بسیاری همراه است. در سالهای اخیر به منظورکاستن این نارساییها، کاتیونی کردن الیاف و کاربرد آنها مورد توجه قرار
گرفته است. لذا در این تحقیق تاثیر کاربرد الیاف کاتیونی شده به عنوان افزودنی مقاومت ارزیابی شده است. برای این منظور
10 و 15 % کاتیونی شدند و به عنوان ، در سه سطح 5 (EPTMAC) الیاف بلند سوزنی برگ با کاربرد عامل کاتیونی کننده
اضافه شدند. در نهایت خواص مقاومت به کشش، مقاومت به ترکیدن و CMP 3 و 5% به خمیرکاغذ ، افزودنی در سه سطح 1
مقاومت به پارگی کاغذهای دستساز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش مصرف الیاف بلندکاتیونی شده،
نیز افزایش مییابد. همچنین الیاف بلند کاتیونی شده در سطح 10 % بیشترین مقاومت را ایجاد CMP مقاومتهای خمیرکاغذ
کردند.
