تأثیر استفاده از الیاف ضایعات پارچه و نانورس بر خصوصیات فیزیکی و مکانیکی کامپوزیت حاصل از آرد چوب و پلیپروپیلن
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی امکان استفاده از الیاف ضایعات پارچه و اثر مقدار ذرات نانورس بر خصوصیات فیزیکی و مکانیکی کامپوزیت حاصل از آرد چوب و پلیپروپیلن انجام شد. بدین منظور، آرد چوب و پلیپروپیلن با نسبتهای وزنی 50 به 50 بههمراه الیاف ضایعات پارچه در دو سطح (0 و 15 درصد)، نانورس در سه سطح (0، 2 و 4 درصد) و سازگار کننده بهمیزان 3 درصد، توسط دستگاه اکسترودر در دمای 160 درجه سانتیگراد مخلوط گردید. سپس نمونههای آزمونی استاندارد با استفاده از روش قالبگیری تزریقی ساخته شدند. خواص مکانیکی نظیر مقاومتهای کششی و خمشی و مقاومت به ضربه فاقدار و خواص فیزیکی شامل جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت، اندازهگیری شد. بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد، افزودن الیاف ضایعات پارچه بهطور معنیداری سبب بهبود خواص مکانیکی و تضعیف خواص فیزیکی در کامپوزیت چوبپلاستیک شد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن بود که خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی کامپوزیت چوبپلاستیک بهاستثنای مقاومت به ضربه فاقدار، با افزایش مقدار نانورس بهبود یافته است. نتایج مطالعات ریختشناسی کامپوزیت نیز بهمنظور بررسی نحوه پراکنش ذرات نانورس با استفاده از طیف پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) نشان داد که توزیع ذرات در زمینه پلیمری از نوع بینلایهای بوده، و با افزایش مقدار ذرات نانورس فاصله بین لایهها افزایش یافته است.

تعیین و اولویت بندی شاخصهای مؤثر در احداث واحدهای تخته خرده چوب با استفاده از ضایعات درختان گز، نخل و موز؛ مطالعه موردی: استان سیستان و بلوچستان
با توجه به عدم استفاده اصولی از منابع ارزشمند لیگنوسلولزی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان و نیاز به مواد اولیه برای کارگاههای صنایع چوب استان، تعیین و اولویتبندی شاخصهای مؤثر در احداث واحدهای تخته خرده چوب با استفاده از ضایعات درختان گز، نخل و موز بهعنوان هدف این پژوهش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. برای احداث چنین کارخانههایی 7 شاخص اصلی و 52 زیر شاخص تعیین و اولویتبندی گردید. از شاخصهای مهم میتوان به مواد و محصولات؛ زیرساختهای محیطی؛ فرهنگی و اجتماعی؛ فنی و انسانی؛ اقتصادی و مالی؛ مسائل ژئوپلیتیک و قوانین و مقررات اشاره کرد. برای این امر روشهای مختلفی برای تعیین شاخصهای موثر در احداث کارخانههای صنایع چوب ذکر شده است که یکی از این روشها، روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی است. در این روش پرسشنامههایی تهیه و توسط افراد متخصص و صاحبنظر تکمیل گردید. نتایج حاصل از این پرسشنامهها توسط نرمافزار Expert Choice تحلیل شده و مهمترین شاخصها بهترتیب اطمینان از عرضۀ پایدار مواد اولیه (088/0)، نیروی کار دائم (055/0)، هزینۀ حمل مواد اولیه (052/0)، مواد موجود در محل (048/0)، رشد اقتصادی منطقه (044/0)، کیفیت مادۀ اولیه (042/0)، امکانات و تسهیلات زندگی (036/0)، هزینۀ خرید مادۀ اولیه (034/0)، میزان انعطافپذیری کارخانه در قبال تغییرات مواد اولیه (033/0) و سوددهی و دورۀ برگشت سرمایه (033/0) تعیین گردید.

بررسی خواص خمیرکاغذ تولید شده با روش حلال آلی الکل کاتالیز شده با نمک های کلسیم و منیزیم از جوان چوب افراپلت
در این تحقیق، ساخت خمیر کاغذ از جوان چوب افرا پلت با استفاده از الکل و کاتالیزور با هدف بررسی خواص خمیرکاغذ و کاغذ حاصل بررسی شد. ویژگیهای بیومتری (طول الیاف، قطر و ضخامت دیواره الیاف) و میزان ترکیبات شیمیایی جوانچوب افراپلت (سلولز، لیگنین، مواد استخراجی و خاکستر) تعیین شد. متغیرهای پخت شامل دمای پخت (190 و 200 درجه سانتیگراد) و زمان پخت (40، 60، 80 دقیقه) بود که با مصرف 280 میلیلیتر متانول، 70 میلیلیتر آب، 025/0 مول کلریدکلسیم و 025/0 مول نیتراتمنیزیم در یک محفظه پخت تحت فشار و نسبت مایعپخت به چوب 7 به 1 انجام گرفت. بازده غربال خمیرکاغذهای حاصل ( 9/54% تا 91/60%) و عدد کاپا (5/15 تا 4/18) تعیین شد. پس از پالایش خمیرکاغذها تا درجه روانی 350 میلیلیتر در پالایشگر PFI، از هر نوع خمیرکاغذ تعداد 10 برگ کاغذ دستساز 60 گرم بر متر مربع تهیه شد. خواص مقاومتی کاغذهای دستساز مانند طول پاره شدن (83/3 تا 25/4 کیلومتر)، شاخص مقاومت در برابر پاره شدن (22/10 تا 81/12 mN.m2/g ) و شاخص مقاومت در برابر ترکیدن (71/1 تا 11/2 kPa.m2/g) اندازهگیری و با خواص مقاومتی خمیرکاغذ کرافت حاصل از جوانچوب افراپلت مقایسه شد.

تحلیل مدل زنجیره ارزش فرآیندی صنوبر در استان آذربایجان غربی باهدف بهسازی آن
با توجه به وسعت و اهمیت صنوبرکاری و نقش آن در اقتصاد استان آذربایجان غربی، مطالعه درزمینهٔ بررسی زنجیره ارزش این محصول ضروری است. با ترسیم زنجیره ارزش جامع و شناسایی فقدانهای موجود، شرایط تکمیل زنجیره ارزش در استان موردبررسی قرار گرفت. با توجه به فقدانهای موجود در زنجیره ارزش استان، راهبرد مناسب برای توسعه زنجیره ارزش با کمک روش ANPمشخص شد. نتایج مربوط به محاسبه ضریب تراکم در استان آذربایجان غربی نشان داد، مقدار LQ در این استان برابر با 65852/0 است. نتایج حاصل از اولویتبندی زیر معیارهای مؤثر بر توسعه زنجیره ارزش چوب صنوبر در استان آذربایجان غربی نشان داد، دسترسی به مواد اولیه چوبی با وزن 16/0 مهمترین زیر معیار است، پسازآن پایداری تأمین مواد اولیه، ماشینآلات و تجهیزات، نیروی انسانی، نزدیکی به بازارهای داخلی، تخصص و مهارت و منابع مالی با اوزان به ترتیب 132/0، 123/0، 116/0، 105/0، 102/0 و 07/0 قرار دارند. وزن دیگر زیر معیارها اهمیت کمی در توسعه زنجیره ارزش چوب صنوبر دارند. نتایج نهایی حاصل از اولویتبندی گزینهها نشان میدهد، بیشترین وزن مربوط به تخته خرده چوب با مقدار 295/0 است. گزینههای بعدی که دارای اولویت توسعه هست، OSB، MDF و HDF هستند که به ترتیب دارای اوزان 185/0 و 178/0 میباشند. پس از فرآوردههای مرکب چوب، فرآوردههای شیمیایی چوب یعنی سلولز، خمیرکاغذ و کاغذسازی به ترتیب با اوزان 112/0، 1/0 و 066/0 اولویت دارند.

مقایسه پیش بینی واکشیدگی ضخامت تخته خرده چوب با سیستم فازی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی
درصد واکشیدگی یکی از خواص فیزیکی مهم محصول نهایی میباشد. این آزمون نیاز به زمان و هزینه دارد. بنابراین پیش بینی مقدار درصد واکشیدگی تخته در حین تولید میتواند باعث کنترل کردن فرایند تولید و کیفیت یکنواخت محصول گردد. در این تحقیق متغیرهایی مانند رطوبت خرده چوب قبل از خشککن، رطوبت کیک خرده چوب در فرمینگ، میزان چسب مصرفی به ازای هر تخته، زمان پرس، دمای پرس، فشار پرس، و خاصیت درصد واکشیدگی تخته خرده چوب خط تولید کارخانه دعبل خزاعی جمعآوری شد. دادههای نرمال سازی شده با استفاده از روشهای شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و سیستم فازی بررسی شد و این خاصیت با بهینه ترین مدل پیش بینی شد. بهترین مدل پیش بینی درصد واکشیدگی تخته بر اساس روش شبکه عصبی مصنوعی 5-5 و در سیستم فازی تابع زد شکل با درصد خطای مطلق پیش بینی به ترتیب 5/0 و 22 درصد میباشد. روش شبکه عصبی مصنوعی در مقایسه با روش سیستم فازی از کارایی بهتری برخوردار است.

کاهش حجم گرده بینه های صنعتی در عملیات قطع و بینه بری با اره موتوری (مطالعه موردی: جنگل خیرود)
صدمه به گردهبینههای حاصل از بهرهبرداری جنگل میتواند در مراحل مختلف برداشت چوب شامل قطع درخت، سرشاخهزنی، بینهبری، چوبکشی، دستهبندی و حمل رخ دهد. مطالعهای به منظور تعیین مقدار کاهش حجم کمی و ارزش از دست رفته گردهبینههای صنعتی در اثر عملیات قطع و بینهبری به شیوه موتوری-دستی با استفاده از ارهموتوری در پارسلهای 317 و 320 بخش گرازبن جنگل خیرود انجام شد. کاهش حجم چوب در هر درخت صدمه دیده با اندازهگیری طول و قطر میانی قسمت صدمه دیده و با استفاده از فرمول هوبر محاسبه شد. چهار نوع صدمه به چوب در طول عملیات قطع درخت عبارتند از: ارتفاع بیش از حد کنده، شکستگی و خردشدگی، صدمه بهصورت شکاف یا پارگی طولی و صدمه بهصورت جداشدگی ورقهایشکل. سه نوع صدمه به چوب در طول عملیات بینه بری عبارتند از: شکاف طولی گردهبینه، جدا شدگی ورقهای و خطای اندازهگیری. مهمترین انواع صدمه مشاهده شده در طول عملیات قطع درخت عبارتند از: شکستگی و خردشدگی و صدمه بهصورت جداشدگی ورقهایشکل. مهمترین انواع صدمه مشاهده شده در طول بینهبری عبارتند از: انحراف از اندازه استاندارد گردهبینهها و شکاف طولی گردهبینه. در مجموع در قطع و بینه بری، 57/32 مترمکعب چوب دچار کاهش حجم شدند (در دو مرحله قطع و بینهبری به ترتیب 86 و 14 درصد). مجموع کاهش حجم ارزش چوب در عملیات بهرهبرداری 6/196 میلیون ریال است (به ترتیب در مرحله قطع و بینهبری 85 و 15 درصد).

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی چند سازه آرد چوب/ اکریلونیتریل بوتادی ان استایرن تحت تاثیر سازگار کننده استایرن مالئیک انیدرید SMA (در دو سطح 0 و 4 phc) و ماده پرکننده آرد چوب ( در سه سطح 50،40،30 درصد وزن کل ) و نوع دست اول و بازیافتی پلیمر اکریلونیتریل بوتادی ان استایرن (ABS) می باشد. نمونه های مورد آزمایش توسط روش قالبگیری تزریقی ساخته شده و آزمون فیزیکی جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت طولانی مدت برای اندازه گیری ضریب انتشار رطوبت و نرخ واکشیدگی ضخامت و آزمون های مکانیکی شامل مقاومت و مدول کششی و سختی بر روی نمونه ها مطابق استاندارد ASTM انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش مقدار آرد چوب، بر مقادیر جذب آب، واکشیدگی ضخامت، ضریب انتشار رطوبت و نرخ واکشیدگی ضخامت و مقاومت و مدول کششی و نیز سختی چندسازهها افزوده می شود. استفاده از ABS دست اول در ساخت چندسازهها موجب افزایش خواص کششی و سختی و کاهش جذب آب، واکشیدگی ضخامت و پارامترهای آن می شود. استفاده از سازگارکننده SMA سختی چند سازه را کاهش داد.

استفاده از آنزیم ویسکوزیم به عنوان یک فنآوری جایگزین برای پالایش و بهبود خصوصیات خمیر کاغذ سودای باگاس
در این تحقیق تاثیر استفاده از آنزیم ویسکوزیم به منظور اصلاح کردن خصوصیات خمیر و کاغذ سودای باگاس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آنزیم ویسکوزیم (مخلوط آنزیمهای تجزیه کننده کربوهیدرات ها) حاصل از قارچ Aspergillus sp در مقادیر مختلف 5/0، 1 و IU2 و مدت زمان مختلف 5/0، 1 و 2 ساعت بر خمیر و کاغذ سودای باگاس تاثیر داده شد. برای تهیه کاغذ دست ساز از آیین نامه تاپی استفاده شد. جهت مقایسه کاغذهای ساخته شده از آزمون تجزیه واریانس و برای مقایسه میانگینها از آزمون دانکن استفاده شد. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که درجه روانی و درجه پلیمریزاسیون خمیر کاغذ با افزایش غلظت آنزیم و زمان واکنش، کاهش یافت. در واقع پیش تیمار آنزیمی خمیر سودای باگاس همانند پالایش مکانیکی عمل کرده و با فیبریلاسیون خارجی بیشتر الیاف، باعث بهبود خصوصیات مکانیکی کاغذ سودای باگاس شد. با اعمال تیمار آنزیمی، شاخص مقاومت به کشش و ترکیدن بهبود یافت. به طوری که غلظت آنزیم IU5/0 و زمان واکنش یک ساعت بیشترین شاخص مقاومت به کشش، ترکیدن و پارگی را دارا بود. با افزایش غلظت آنزیم (IU2) به دلیل افت ویسکوزیته و درجه پلیمریزاسیون اگرچه مقاومتها کاهش یافتند ولی همچنان در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد دارای مقاومت بیشتری بودند.

اثرتیمار ترکیبی نانو نقره کلوئیدی-گرمآبی بر تغییرات وزن و ساختار شیمیایی چوب راش ایرانی
در این تحقیق سنتز نانونقره بهشکل کلوئیدی و اثر اصلاح ترکیبی نانونقره کلوئیدی-گرمآبی بر تغییرات وزن و ساختار شیمیایی چوب گونهی راش (Fagus orientalis) از طریق طیفسنجی FTIR بررسی شد. سطوح تیمار به 4 گروه شاهد، اشباع با نانونقره کلوئیدی، گرمابی و نانوگرمابی دستهبندی شدند. اصلاح گرمابی و نانوگرمابی به دو زیر گروه دمایی 150 و 170 درجهسانتیگراد و هر کدام در دو سطح زمانی 30 و 45 دقیقه تفکیک شدند که در مجموع 10 سطح تیمار را دربرداشت. نانونقره کلوئیدی مورد استفاده با غلظت ppm100 تهیه شد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی، حضور، سایز و توزیع مناسب نانو ذرات کلوئیدی نقره در چوب را به وضوح اثبات کردهاست. بر اساس نتایج تغییرات وزن، اثر اصلاح گرمآبی با افزایش دما و زمان معنیدار بود و افزودن نانو موجب کاهش وزن بیشتر نمونهها گردید که این کاهش در دمای 170 درجهسانتیگراد حداکثر بودهاست. طیفسنجی FTIR نشان داد با افزایش دما و زمان تیمار گرمآبی شدت جذب در باندهای1- cm 25/3422، 1- cm 38/2922، 1- cm 55/1740، 1- cm 50/1330، 1- cm 39/1243و 1- cm 05/1053 بهعلت شکست گروههای استیل همیسلولزها و کاهش مناطق آبدوست کاهش یافت. این کاهش در نمونههای تیمار شده به روش نانو-گرمآبی نسبت به گرمآبی بیشتر بود.

اثر تیمار گرمایی با روغن خام پنبهدانه (OHT) بر مقاومت به پوسیدگی و ثبات ابعاد راش ایرانی (Fagus orientalis)
این تحقیق به منظوربررسی اثرتیمار گرمایی باروغن خام پنبهدانه بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مقاومت به پوسیدگی چوب راش ایرانی به ترتیب براساس استانداردهای ASTM-D1037 و EN113 انجام شد. تیمار گرمایی در سیلندر با استفاده از روغن خام پنبه-دانه تحت دماهای 130 و 170 درجه سانتیگراد و در زمان 30 و 60 دقیقه انجامگرفت. جذب روغن، وزن مخصوص، واکشیدگی حجمی،جذب آب وکاهش وزن متعاقب پوسیدگی اندازهگیری شد. جذب روغن در 30 و 60 دقیقه به ترتیب 5/10 و 3/13 کیلوگرمبرمترمکعب برآورد شد. بیشترین دانسیته مربوط به نمونههای تیمار روغنی-گرمایی بود که در پایینترین زمان و دمای تیمار نسبت به نمونه شاهد 7/87 درصد افزایش یافت. براساس نتایج، تیمار روغنی-گرمایی، آبگریزی و ثبات ابعاد نمونهها را افزایش داد به طوریکه جذب آب تحت دمای 130 درجه سانتیگراد و زمان 60 دقیقه در مقایسه با شاهد،0/76 درصد کاهش نشان داد. مقاومت نمونههای غوطهور در روغن بهمدت 60 دقیقه در برابر قارچ پوسیدگی سفیدرنگین کمان (Trametes versicolor)، 2/80 درصد بیش از سطح شاهد برآورد شد. تیمار روغنی-گرمایی در مقایسه با روغن، به بهبود مقاومت در برابر پوسیدگی منتهی شد که این اثر در زمان 30 دقیقه معنیدار بودهاست.در مقایسه دو سطح زمانی، با افزایش دما در اصلاح روغنی-گرمایی طی زمان 30 دقیقه، مقاومت به پوسیدگی بهبود معنیدار یافت، ولیکن این بهبود تحت دمای یکسان با افزایش زمان، معنیدار نبود.

بررسی تاثیر نانوذرات رس روی ویژگی های فیزیکی- شیمیایی، مکانیکی و حرارتی چسب اوره- گلی اکسال
به منظور کاهش انتشار فرمالدهید از محصولات چوبی ساخته شده با چسب اوره فرمالدهید، در این تحقیق اوره با دی آلدهیدی غیرسمی با دمای جوش بالا به نام گلی اکسال واکنش یافت تا چسب جدید اوره- گلی اکسال تشکیل شود. سپس کلیه ویژگی های فیزیکی- شیمیایی، مکانیکی و حرارتی چسب اوره- گلی اکسال تولیدی اندازهگیری شد. همچنین در این پژوهش تاثیر نانوذرات رس به عنوان پرکننده روی ویژگی های مختلف چسب اوره- گلی اکسال تولیدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به همین منظور، پس از ساخت چسب اوره- گلی اکسال در محیط اسیدی و بررسی خواص چسب حاصله، نانوذرات رس با نسبت های مختلف 0،1، 2 و 3 درصد وزنی (نسبت به وزن خشک چسب) به چسب اضافه شده و کلیه ویژگی های فیزیکی- شیمیایی آن از قبیل ویسکوزیته، زمان ژله ای شدن، درصد ماده جامد و دانسیته مطابق روشهای استاندارد اندازهگیری شد. همچنین به منظور ارزیابی ویژگی های مقاومتی چسب اوره- گلی اکسال حاوی نانوذرات از آزمون برشی تخته لایه استفاده شد. تاثیر نانو ذرات رس روی دمای انعقاد چسب اوره- گلی اکسال نیز بوسیله آنالیز گرماسنجی تفاضلی (DSC) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که با افزودن نانوذرات رس به چسب اوره فرمالدهید، دانسیته، ویسکوزیته و درصد ماده جامد چسب افزایش یافته در حالی که زمان ژلهای شدن چسب کاهش می یابد. نتایج آزمون برشی نشان داد که افزودن نانوذرات رس از 1 به 3%، موجب بهبود پیوسته ویژگی های مقاومتی چسب می گردد بطوریکه بیشترین میزان مقاومت برشی و درصد شکست چوب مربوط به چسب اوره- گلی اکسال حاوی 3% نانوذرات رس می باشد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج حاصل از آنالیز DSC، افزودن نانو ذرات رس، انعقاد چسب اوره گلی اکسال را بطور قابل توجهی تسریع کرده و آنتالپی واکنش (HΔ) را می کاهد.

بررسی امکان ساخت خمیرکاغذ کرافت از چوب درخت کریپتومریا
دراین بررسی ویژگیهای شیمیایی، آناتومِیکی، خمیرکاغذ و کاغذسازی درخت سوزنی برگ کریپتومریا از منطقه پیسهسون استان گیلان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. متوسط جرم ویژه نسبی خشک و بحرانی چوب این درخت بهترتیب 0/376 و 0/338 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب و میانگین طول تراکئیدها، قطر تراکئیدها، قطر حفره سلولی و ضخامت دیواره سلولی تراکئیدها بهترتیب 2/92 میلیمتر، 41/23 میکرون، 32/57 میکرون و 4/41 میکرون اندازهگیری شد. میزان هلوسلولز این درخت 71/88% و میزان αسلولز، لیگنین، خاکستر و مواد استخراجی آن بهترتیب 35 /48، 32/08%، o/988% و 5/644 % اندازهگیری شد. بازده کل خمیرکاغذهای کرافت در این تحقیق بهطور متوسط 50/53 درصد بهدست آمد. با افزایش میزان قلیائیت مؤثر از 12% به 18% بازده خمیرکاغذها کاهش یافت که این اختلاف کاهش در سطح اطمینان 99% معنیدار شد. با تغییر زمان پخت نیز اختلاف بازده خمیرکاغذها در سطح اطمینان 99% معنیدار شد. میانگین طول پارهشدن کاغذها در قلیائیت مؤثر 12 درصد 7/36 کیلومتر، در قلیائیت مؤثر 14 درصد برابر 7/17 کیلومتر و در قلیائیت مؤثر 18 درصد 9/14 کیلومتر و میانگین مقاومت در برابر ترکیدن آنها در قلیائیت مؤثر 12 درصد kPa.m2/g 4/87، در قلیائیت مؤثر 14 درصد kPa.m2/g 4/93 و در قلیائیت مؤثر 18 درصد مقدار kPa.m2/g 6/19 بهدست آمد.

بررسی میزان آبشویی نانوذرات مس در تیمار های ترکیبی اشباع- فشرده سازی چوب پس از کهنگی تسریع شده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر بخاردهی و فشرده سازی بر روی آبشویی چوب تیمارشده با نانو اکسید مس با غلظت 400 و 200 ppm اشباع انجام شد. تیمار اشباع نمونه های چوبی نوئل و صنوبر درفشار 4 بار و زمان 20 دقیقه صورت گرفت، نیمی از نمونه های اشباع شده با نانو ذرات پس از خشک شدن تحت دمای °C150 و زمان 2 ساعت بخاردهی شدند و سپس به مدت 3 ساعت در پرس °C170 به میزان 33% فشرده شدند. تمامی نمونهها پس از 6 مرحله آزمون کهنگی تسریعشده (طبق استاندارد ASTM D-1037) در یک دوره 14 روزه مطابق استاندارد EN84 (1997) مورد آبشویی قرارگرفتند. محلول حاصل از آبشویی تحت بررسی جذب اتمی در مرکز زمین شناسی واکتشافات معدنی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند نمونه هایی که فقط تیمار اشباع با نانومس شدند آبشویی نشدند؛ اما پیش تیمار بخار و فشرده سازی موجب آبشویی نانو مس شدند.

خواص وکاربردهای نانو کریستال های سلولز
در این مقاله، مروری بر تحقیقات اخیر صورت گرفته در زمینه تولید نانوذرات سلولز از منابع مختلف انجام شده است. این امر بر اساس فراوانی، تجدیدپذیری، سختی و مقاومت بالا، سازگاری با محیط زیست و وزن پایین مواد مذکور صورت پذیرفته، بر مطالعات متعدد انجام شده در زمینه جداسازی نانوسلولز از منابع سلولزی مختلف استناد شده و استفاده از نانو ذرات سلولز در تولید مواد جدید با کاربردهای فراوان نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق علاوه بر ارائه مقدمهای از خواص نانوسلولز، به بررسی روشهای متفاوت جداسازی نانوکریستالها (از مشتقات نانو سلولز) از انواع مواد اولیه نیز پرداخته شده است. نانوکریستالهای سلولزی میله مانند (NC) را میتوان با استفاده از فرایند هیدرولیز اسیدی از موادی همانند چوب، گیاهان فیبری حاصل از پسماندهای صنعتی و کشاورزی و سلولز باکتریایی استخراج کرد. در کل میتوان گفت که تمرکز این تحقیق بر روی روشهای مختلف مشخصهیابی، شناخت خواص و ساختار مواد و ویژگیهای جامع نانوکریستالهای بدست آمده از منابع مختلف بر اساس استناد به تحقیقات انجام گرفته در این زمینه میباشد. این مطالعه بحث جامعی در خصوص استخراج نانو سلولز از منابع اولیه مختلف و پتانسیل نانوذرات سلولزی برای استفاده در طیف گستردهای از برنامههای کاربردی با تکنولوژی متفاوت ارائه می دهد.
